At TowelCaddy, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom golf towels and accessories. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders

Since custom products are made specifically for you with your club’s or brand’s logo/design, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the items are defective or incorrect due to our error.

We provide digital mockups for approval before production to ensure accuracy. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.
Non-Custom Products

For ready-made products (e.g., Labubu Golf Towel), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at towelcaddygolf@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
